• Returns must be pre-approved before shipping
• Return postage is at the customer's expense and must be sent with tracked postage
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in perfect saleable condition with all original tags attached
• Items must be returned in original packaging (dust bag, box, protective wrapping)
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once received and inspected
