Shipping policy

At Montipi, I take great care to ensure every order arrives safely and as quickly as possible. I currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the United States, and offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Delivery Timeframes
Because I work with a range of suppliers and artisans, delivery times vary depending on the product type and its origin. Every parcel includes full tracking details once it’s on its way, and I personally keep an eye on deliveries to make sure they reach you smoothly.

Clutches & Jewellery
Most clutches and jewellery arrive within 10–15 days after dispatch. Some pieces can take a little longer — up to 20–25 days — when suppliers need 5–7 days for processing before shipment. I’ll email you as soon as your order ships, along with tracking so you can follow its journey.

Tuscany Leather Bags
I offer free express shipping on all Tuscany Leather bag purchases. Orders are shipped directly from Italy via FedEx Standard, with estimated delivery of:
7–10 days to Australia and New Zealand
4–5 days to the USA and Canada

Each order is processed with care, and I personally oversee your dispatch details from Italy to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Indonesian Leather Bags
I work closely with talented artisans in Bali to bring these beautiful pieces to life. The bags are made through on-demand production to support responsible craftsmanship, so if an item isn’t in stock, please allow 10–14 days for their atelier to create it before shipment.

I also offer free express shipping on all Indonesian leather bags. Orders are shipped from Indonesia via DHL Express, with estimated delivery of:
5–7 days once dispatched
– Occasionally up to 20 days depending on customs or courier routing

As it’s just me here at Montipi, I personally track every delivery and stay in touch until your parcel reaches you safely.

Need Your Order for a Special Event?
If you’re ordering for a wedding or another special occasion, please contact me before placing your order so I can confirm the expected delivery timeframe. I’ll always do my best to assist, but as noted in my policies, I’m unable to offer refunds for late deliveries once an order has been dispatched.

Importation Costs and Taxes
Each country has its own regulations regarding imports, including taxes, duties, or other fees. These charges are outside my control and vary by destination. Any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. If you’re unsure, I recommend checking with your local Customs office before placing your order.
