Enjoy free express shipping on all Italian Leather bag purchases. Orders are shipped directly from Italy via FedEx Standard, with an estimated delivery of 7–10 business days to Australia and New Zealand, and 4–5 business days to the USA and Canada.

All shipments are insured and fully trackable, and a signature is required upon delivery. Please ensure that a valid phone number is provided at checkout, as it is required for FedEx tracking and delivery updates.

Each parcel is carefully prepared to prevent transit damage; however, if your package shows visible signs of impact, please sign as “unchecked” to enable a claim if needed.

Customs duties and local taxes are included for deliveries to Australia. Orders shipped to other destinations may be subject to local import duties and taxes – please check with your local customs office for details.

Holiday Returns Until January 15, 2026

To make gifting easier this season, Montipi’s return policy has been updated to offer an extended return period for all Italian Leather Bags purchased between November 15 and December 31, 2025.

Eligible items may be returned until January 15, 2026, for a store credit, provided they meet the following conditions:

1. The return must be initiated and lodged for postage by January 15, 2026.
   
2. Items must be unused, unworn and in perfect saleable condition, with all original tags securely attached.
   
3. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including the branded dust bag, box, and protective wrapping.
   
4. Personalised bags with engraving are not eligible for return or exchange.
   
5. Gift wrap and cards are non-refundable once processed.
   
6. Return postage is at the customer’s expense, and the parcel must be processed with a tracked postal service, as responsibility for the parcel remains with the sender until received.
   

To initiate a return, please contact me to arrange processing and receive the appropriate return address for your country. Once your parcel has been posted, you must provide the tracking number to confirm dispatch.

Returned items will be carefully inspected before approval.

If an item is found to be used, damaged, or not in its original condition, the return will be declined, and the item will not be sent back to the sender.

Upon approval, a store credit will be issued for the item value (excluding shipping). Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
