Enjoy complimentary express shipping on all Italian Leather bag purchases. Each piece is shipped directly from Italy via FedEx, with an estimated delivery of 7–10 business days to Australia & New Zealand, and 4–5 business days to the USA & Canada.

All shipments are fully insured and trackable, and require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure a valid phone number is provided at checkout to receive delivery updates.

Customs duties and local taxes are included for deliveries to Australia. Orders shipped to other destinations may be subject to local import duties and taxes – please check with your local customs office for further details.

To be eligible for a return, your bag must be unused, unworn, and in perfect saleable condition, with all original tags still attached and all original packaging returned, including the Tuscany Leather presentation box, dust bags and protective wrapping.
