14-Day Returns & Store Credit

I want you to feel confident ordering from Montipi. If your piece isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Clutch bags can be returned for store credit only, giving you the flexibility to select another style from the collection.

Your store credit can be used anytime to discover another Montipi piece you love.

Due to hygiene reasons, jewellery pieces cannot be returned.

Items eligible for return must be unused, unworn, and in perfect saleable condition, with all original packaging included.

To arrange a return, simply contact me within 14 days of receiving your order, and I’ll guide you through the next steps.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, and parcels should be sent with tracking.
