I want you to feel confident ordering from Montipi. If your piece isn't quite right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

Eligible items can be returned for store credit only, giving you the flexibility to choose another piece from the collection.

Your store credit is valid for 12 months, so you can take your time finding another Montipi piece you'll love.

Due to hygiene reasons, jewellery and hair accessories cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in perfect saleable condition, with all original packaging returned, where applicable.

Return postage is the customer's responsibility, and parcels must be sent using tracked postage.
