Most pieces arrive within 10–15 days after dispatch. Some styles may take up to 20–25 days depending on supplier preparation time.

All shipments include full tracking, and I personally monitor deliveries to ensure your order reaches you safely. You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

14-Day Returns & Store Credit

I want you to feel confident ordering from Montipi. If your piece isn't quite right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

Eligible items can be returned for store credit only, giving you the flexibility to choose another piece from the collection.

Your store credit is valid for 12 months, so you can take your time finding another Montipi piece you'll love.

Due to hygiene reasons, jewellery and hair accessories cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in perfect saleable condition, with all original packaging returned, where applicable.

To arrange a return, contact me before sending your item back, and I'll guide you through the next steps.

Return postage is the customer's responsibility, and parcels must be sent using tracked postage.
