Ombre nails are a classic nail design that’s been revisited time and again for their elegant simplicity and ease of wear.
Also called gradient nails, ombre nails are stylish and infinitely sophisticated.
Created by softly blending two or more colours to form a smooth gradient – pink ombre nails, in particular, are perfect for those looking for a sophisticated yet effortless nail art look.
The subtle gradient effect adds depth and dimension, while the soft, dusty pink tones are universally flattering and perfect for any occasion.

How to Create the Perfect Ombre Nails
If you’re wondering how to recreate this look, I’ve put together a simple tutorial to guide you. This design is surprisingly easy to achieve, even if you’re new to ombre nails! For a long-lasting finish, I use gel polish, which needs to be cured under a LED lamp. Follow the steps below to create your own gradient pink nails at home!

Step 1: Clean your nails with a small piece of paper towel or pad soaked in alcohol to remove any oils. Start by applying a thin layer of base gel polish at the tip of the nail, slowly moving toward the base. Cure it under the LED lamp for 20–30 seconds.

Step 2: Apply a neutral nude gel colour at the base of the nail, covering about a third of the nail. Then, apply a dusty pink gel colour on the tips.
Use an Ombre brush to gently blend the two colours together, moving in a horizontal motion from tip to base. Wipe off any excess from the brush as needed, and cure under the LED lamp for 30 seconds.

Step 3: Repeat with a second coat of each colour and blend again. Cure for another 30 seconds to set the colours.
- Step 4: Finish by applying a Top Coat to seal the design and give it a glossy, polished finish. Cure one final time under the LED lamp.
And voilà! You’ve got the perfect pink ombre nails ready to match your Rose Chic Petal Clutch.
