  1. How long are shipping times?

Our suppliers typically ship items within one to five days of receiving an order. From that point, it takes between 20 up to 35 days for items to arrive. As soon as your product ships, we'll send you an email notification to let you know it's on its way. You'll then receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.


  1. What's your return policy?

Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just email us and tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.


  1. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do the best we can to accommodate.


  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong colour, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us with a picture, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.


  1. What happens if my order doesn't arrive?

If your products do not reach you within the expected delivery time, please email us and we will do best we can to accommodate. We’ll give you a refund or reorder your products.
 

  1. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
 

  1. At checkout I was notified there will be more than one parcel, why is this?

Montipi source a range of original products from various suppliers. Consequently, some items will be shipped separately and should arrive in a similar timeframe.
